📋 Description

• • The Art Director, Web Design will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of Deel’s marketing website, serving as the critical link between brand expression and performance to ensure web experiences are excellently crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the website creative vision, collaborating daily with designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners, translating performance insights into clear briefs, managing the Website Design System, and ensuring web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and business goals.
• • Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, operating as one of the largest globally distributed companies with 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, recognized as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history with a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, committed to unlocking global opportunity through innovative HR technology.
