- • Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing out DDC control system projects for commercial buildings, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- • Help define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and contribute to the development of detailed project plans and schedules.
- • Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams including controls engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- • Support project budget management by tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and assisting with cost control measures to maintain financial targets.
- • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities, and helping resolve delays or scheduling conflicts.
- • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on project status and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- • Participate in project meetings such as kick-offs, progress reviews, and closeouts, and document meeting minutes and assigned action items accurately.
- • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress against project specifications and support troubleshooting of technical issues on-site.
- • Assist in managing project change orders by evaluating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and facilitating client approval processes.
- • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including plans, drawings, specifications, submittals, change orders, and closeout records.
- • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical input, assisting with project scoping, and contributing to cost estimations for potential projects.
- • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to DDC controls, building automation systems, and project management methodologies.
- • Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during all phases of project execution.
- • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, support team goals, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management or controls engineering
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required

- • Base salary range of $59,000–$85,000
