- • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact BI & automation initiatives for JioStar’s Distribution business, translating complex data from multiple internal and external sources into clear, actionable insights that reach 750 million weekly viewers.
- • Partner with Strategy, Sales, Supply-Chain, Finance and Marketing teams to uncover pain-points, define measurable use-cases and design scalable data products (datasets, dashboards, self-service tools) that accelerate revenue growth and reduce operating costs.
- • Architect and maintain best-in-class visual analytics solutions in Tableau and Power BI, ensuring pixel-perfect UX, sub-second response times and enterprise-grade security while adhering to JioStar’s brand and accessibility standards.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging AI, ML and RPA technologies; run rapid pilots to prove ROI, then industrialize the winners into production workflows that eliminate manual touchpoints and free teams for higher-value work.
- • Act as the single-threaded project owner from ideation through post-go-live support: write business requirements, groom backlogs, manage sprint plans, coordinate IT and 3rd-party vendors, and enforce governance to hit every committed milestone.
- • Monitor system health, data quality and infrastructure utilization; institute automated alerts, regression tests and capacity-planning routines that guarantee 99.9 % uptime and delight internal stakeholders.
- • Translate shifting business scenarios into nimble technical solutions—whether launching a new channel, entering a fresh geography or responding to regulatory change—while keeping scope, budget and risk tightly controlled.
- • Champion a culture of data-driven decision making by running enablement sessions, publishing how-to guides and embedding analytics champions inside each business vertical.
- • Uphold JioStar’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by ensuring dashboards reflect all viewer segments and by mentoring junior analysts from under-represented groups.
- • Deliver measurable outcomes: 100 % of projects on time, 25 % reduction in manual effort via automation, 15 % uplift in forecast accuracy, and a Net Promoter Score > 80 from business users.
🎯 Requirements
- • B.Tech + MBA with 3-5 years total experience, including 2-3 years in a hands-on project management role delivering BI or automation solutions.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (certification preferred) and advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, Python or Alteryx is a strong plus.
- • Demonstrated track record of translating ambiguous business questions into crisp technical requirements and delivering scalable data products on aggressive timelines.
- • Solid grasp of AI, ML and RPA concepts with at least one successful production deployment that improved process efficiency.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite as well as coaching frontline teams.
