  • • You will be the primary point of contact for our Greek-speaking clients, ensuring they maximize the value they derive from the Fresha platform.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to build and maintain robust, long-term relationships, fostering client loyalty and driving adoption of Fresha's comprehensive suite of business management tools and marketplace features.
  • • This involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of each business and tailoring solutions and guidance to help them achieve their operational and growth objectives.
  • • You will proactively engage with clients to educate them on new features, best practices, and strategies to enhance their business performance through Fresha.
  • • A key aspect of the role is to drive the utilization of Fresha's advanced functionalities, including appointment booking systems, point-of-sale (POS) operations, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, loyalty programs, and inventory management.
  • • By effectively demonstrating the benefits and ease of use of these features, you will empower our clients to streamline their operations, attract more customers, and increase revenue.
  • • You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your existing client base, contributing directly to Fresha's revenue growth.
  • • This requires a deep understanding of the Fresha ecosystem and the ability to articulate its value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • • Collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams, you will ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding through to ongoing support and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
  • • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or sales.
  • • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of a technology product.
  • • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
