🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Romanian and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base.
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer success, demonstrating an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales/account management tools is a plus.
- • A genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
