- • The Associate - Audiovisual role is a developing mid-level consultant position responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, and supporting the delivery of projects under mentorship, reflecting growing capability and emerging leadership in audiovisual systems design.
- • Day to day, the Associate will design audiovisual systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, produce coordinated deliverables independently or with the production team, participate in project meetings and coordination discussions, and develop client relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
- • Teecom Corporation is a specialized consulting firm focused on technology systems design for built environments, emphasizing disciplined, well-documented, and coordinated work across audiovisual, acoustics, and telecommunications disciplines.
- • In this role, the Associate will build independence through strong documentation habits, progress through structured mentorship and training journeys, develop tools and share lessons learned to strengthen team practices, and gain experience in client-facing coordination and proposal support, preparing for increased accountability and leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- • 2+ years of experience in audiovisual systems design, including preparation of drawings, specifications, and calculations
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar audiovisual design tools
- • Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and design partners in project meetings and construction support
- • Strong documentation practices and commitment to following TEECOM’s standards and quality processes
- • Experience supporting proposal coordination and preparing early fee assumptions for pursuits
