- • As an Associate in BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across core business areas such as growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships. You will be embedded within a specific business unit to own the analytical function end-to-end, helping the company scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business within four years.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining the right business problems before analysis, building reports and dashboards, running analyses, designing experiments, surfacing actionable insights, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations. You will also execute on recommendations, ensuring insights lead to tangible business impact.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who prioritize first-principles thinking, direct communication, and ownership. The BizOps & Analytics team operates with minimal bureaucracy—no slides, no corporate fluff—and focuses exclusively on work that materially changes the business trajectory.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills, gain end-to-end ownership of business problems, and learn how to translate data into strategic decisions that influence company-wide initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a trusted advisor within a high-impact, fast-scaling tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problem before analyzing data
- • Owner mindset: takes responsibility for outcomes and acts with initiative beyond defined responsibilities
