📋 Description
- • Associate CMI Manager, Demand Generation at Seventh Generation (Unilever) leads the demand generation insights agenda for home care brands, driving data-informed marketing strategies that connect consumer behavior to brand growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the CMI agenda for demand generation across home care—leading communications development and testing, audience targeting, social-first creative quality, and in-market impact measurement; guiding data-driven marketing approaches; managing social listening; designing and executing consumer learning plans; measuring marketing ROI through Rapid ROI, brand health tracking, and Brand Lift; building category foresights; and analyzing market data to synthesize actionable insights.
- • The role sits within Seventh Generation’s mission-led marketing team, partnering closely with media and creative agencies, research partners, and the Global Home Care team to influence strategy and activate insights that fuel demand generation excellence.
- • The Associate CMI Manager will deepen expertise in consumer insights, social-first marketing, data synthesis, and strategic storytelling while gaining exposure to advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional influence—positioning them to shape brand superiority and drive measurable growth for a purpose-driven brand.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer & Market Insights or closely related marketing/analytics roles.
- • Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (design, execution, and interpretation).
- • Proficiency working with household panel and market data (e.g., Circana/Numerator or equivalents).
- • Familiarity with audience development and data-driven marketing practices.
- • Comfortable with performance analytics across sales, usage/purchase panels, pricing, distribution, and media signals; able to connect dots across multiple sources into a clear, persuasive narrative.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Pay range: $88,600 to $133,000.
- • Bonus eligible.
