- • Lead conceptual development for brand campaigns, platform-defining content, and hero creative moments across all digital, social, OOH, and experiential channels.
- • Drive platform-specific creative strategies with deep expertise in how content performs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- • Concept, write, and script original content across video, social posts, digital ads, experiential activations, and new media formats—from initial idea through final production.
- • Build social-first creative systems that fuse brand storytelling with audience engagement, cultural relevance, and platform-native behavior.
- • Manage and mentor junior copywriters and creatives, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and a collaborative environment that elevates team output.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Clinical, and Production teams to ensure all creative work aligns with strategy, clinical accuracy, and brand standards.
- • Develop and uphold a consistent, distinctive brand voice and visual identity across every consumer touchpoint.
- • Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders with clarity, strategic rationale, and persuasive communication.
- • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform algorithm shifts, creator behaviors, and competitive creative landscapes to ensure Function’s work remains category-leading.
- • Translate Function Health’s mission of empowering people to live 100 healthy years into compelling, human-centered narratives that resonate emotionally and drive action.
