- • As an Associate Creative Director, Social Media at SBD, Inc., you will lead the creation of thumb-stopping social content that drives brand engagement and cultural relevance for iconic brands like DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, and STANLEY. This role matters because you’ll shape how the world’s largest tool company connects with makers, doers, and everyday heroes through innovative, socially-first storytelling.
- • Day to day, you will ideate, script, film, edit, and write copy for video content; monitor cultural and competitor trends to ensure resonance; maintain brand voice and visual identity across platforms; collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams on social-first strategies; and partner on influencer briefs and real-time content opportunities.
- • You’ll join a global team of approximately 43,500 high-performing professionals across 60 countries, working within Stanley Black & Decker’s innovative, tech-driven culture rooted in a 1843 legacy of solving problems through Industry 4.0 initiatives and sustainable manufacturing.
- • In this role, you’ll grow your expertise in social-first content strategy, deepen your mastery of video editing and analytics, expand your creative leadership across 20+ brands, and develop skills that empower you to make a measurable impact on global audiences while advancing your career through structured learning and development paths.
