Your primary focus will be on guiding these customers to derive maximum value, leveraging established best practices and playbooks to ensure consistent success.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve applying your diagnostic skills to understand standard customer use cases. You will proactively build your own network of internal support resources and embody Okta's "Customer First" philosophy by responding to customer queries with promptness, professionalism, and accuracy.
- • You will independently manage your assigned portfolio by applying and expanding your foundational product knowledge. - • This role requires a strong command of the German language, as you will be serving the German market. Your ability to communicate effectively in German, both written and verbally, will be essential for building rapport and trust with your customer base.
- • You will be expected to achieve Okta Professional and Okta Admin certifications, demonstrating a commitment to deepening your product expertise and becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
