  • • As an Associate Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to a dedicated portfolio of high-value customers. Your primary mission will be to empower these clients to achieve significant business outcomes through the strategic and effective utilization of influencer marketing, leveraging the full power of the CreatorIQ platform. You will be instrumental in aligning CreatorIQ’s advanced platform capabilities with the ever-evolving business objectives and strategic goals of your customers, thereby driving sustained program success, fostering deep executive engagement, and ensuring maximum value realization.
  • • This role demands a proactive and insightful approach, moving beyond mere activity to build genuine, trust-based relationships across multiple levels within client organizations. You will be adept at translating complex customer objectives into clear, actionable, and data-driven strategies that resonate with their business needs. The success of your efforts will be meticulously measured by key performance indicators such as customer health scores, gross retention rates, and the overall maturity of their influencer marketing programs. You will guide your clients through a value-driven, outcomes-focused journey, ensuring they continuously derive maximum benefit from their partnership with CreatorIQ.
  • • You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your assigned customers, taking full ownership of their value realization journey, long-term program planning, and ongoing engagement strategies. This involves a deep understanding of their business, their market, and their specific influencer marketing aspirations.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to expertly align customer goals with the robust capabilities of the CreatorIQ platform. You will articulate and demonstrate, with clarity and conviction, how CreatorIQ serves as a catalyst for measurable impact across the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and advocacy.
  • • Building and nurturing deep, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships is paramount. This includes cultivating strong connections with key decision-makers and executive sponsors through consistent, high-quality communication and strategically planned periodic in-person meetings, fostering a sense of partnership and shared vision.
  • • You will take the lead in orchestrating and facilitating strategic business reviews, comprehensive maturity assessments, and forward-looking growth planning sessions. These engagements will be designed to directly connect the development and evolution of their influencer marketing programs to their broader, overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • • Collaboration with our specialized Strategic Insights Managers will be essential. Together, you will deliver insightful off-platform analysis, relevant industry benchmarks, and tailored strategic recommendations that are crucial for supporting your customers' continuous evolution and competitive positioning.
  • • Leveraging data is at the core of this role. You will proactively identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within customer accounts, using data-driven insights to influence platform adoption, drive strategic initiatives, and support the continuous growth and optimization of their programs.
  • • You will act as a vital cross-functional liaison, working closely with internal teams such as Implementation, Product Education, Customer Support, Sales, and Insights. Your role is to ensure a seamless, integrated, and value-focused customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • • Furthermore, you will serve as the internal champion for your customers. This involves effectively translating their feedback, market observations, and evolving needs back to our Product, Support, and other internal teams, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of our product, services, and the overall customer journey.
  • • Meticulous maintenance of account documentation is required. This includes developing and updating success plans, documenting meeting recaps, tracking engagement history, and monitoring key health indicators, all of which are critical for ensuring consistent, proactive, and informed account management.
  • • This role is based in the Tri-State Area and operates on a flexible model, primarily remote with the expectation of in-office presence approximately 1–2 times per month to foster collaboration and team connection.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience in a strategic, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Strategy Consultant, or Client Services, with a focus on supporting marketing or influencer initiatives.
  • • Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and effectively connect platform value to tangible business outcomes.
  • • Demonstrated experience in navigating complex organizational structures and building rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders, from end-users to C-suite executives.
  • • Strong proficiency in translating data into compelling narratives, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • • Excellent organizational skills, a self-directed work ethic, and the capacity to manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
