- • We are hiring 4-6 Associate Data Scientists to drive impact in growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • As a member of our Data Science & Analytics team, you will be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas and own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end.
- • You will define the right problems, surface data insights, drive outcomes, and communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- • You will work closely with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- • You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with a team of analytical powerhouses, and contribute to Jerry's mission to become a $10B business in the next 4 years.
- • You will be responsible for defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and surfacing data insights that move key metrics.
- • You will drive outcomes by bringing recommendations to your counterparts and telling them what's happening and why.
- • You will be a first principles thinker, a direct communicator, and an owner who acts like your name is on the door.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
