- • As an Associate Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will join a high-impact Data Science & Analytics team that has been instrumental in scaling the company to 5M+ customers and profitability by 2024, driving decisions across product, growth, tech, and operations.
- • You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the end-to-end analytical function, from defining the right business questions to driving outcomes through data-informed recommendations.
- • Your day-to-day will involve surfacing insights, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and communicating findings directly to stakeholders to influence key metrics and strategic decisions — all without corporate fluff or unnecessary meetings.
- • You will work alongside former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants in a hands-on, owner-minded culture where your analysis directly shapes product launches, growth channels, and partnership strategies as Jerry scales from 5M to 50M customers and aims to become a $10B business.
- • You will develop expertise in applying first-principles thinking to ambiguous problems, mastering tools like SQL (Clickhouse), Python, Jupyter Hub, and Metabase, while growing your ability to influence leadership through clear, persuasive communication and data storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using SQL and Python
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First-principles thinker who defines the right problem before building solutions
