📋 Description

• The Associate Data Steward role is critical to ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across Beghou Consulting’s life sciences client projects, directly supporting accurate analytics and decision-making that improve patient outcomes.
• Day to day, the Associate Data Steward will validate and cleanse commercial and medical data, maintain data dictionaries, support data governance processes, collaborate with analysts and consultants to resolve data issues, and assist in deploying proprietary and third-party technology solutions for data organization and reporting.
• Beghou Consulting Group LLC is a global life sciences consulting firm with over 30 years of experience, headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, and operating from 10 global offices, including Hyderabad, Telangana, where this role is based.
• In this role, the Associate Data Steward will gain hands-on experience with healthcare data standards, data governance frameworks, and life sciences analytics workflows, while developing technical and collaborative skills that support career growth in data management and analytics within the healthcare industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience with data validation, cleansing, or quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data concepts (e.g., commercial, medical, or claims data)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail for data handling tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, consulting environment
• Strong communication skills to document data issues and support cross-functional coordination
