📋 Description

• Lead visual execution across brand identity, websites, presentation decks, social media, and paid advertising campaigns using Figma as the primary design tool
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, comprehensive style guides, and reusable component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across all client and internal deliverables
• Translate high-level brand strategy and creative direction into polished, production-ready digital assets that align with Radiance’s proprietary Creative OS, The Source®
• Design and update internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, investor decks, and visual narratives that communicate brand value and service offerings
• Ensure all design assets are organized, labeled, and stored within The Source® with strict adherence to naming conventions and version control protocols
• Collaborate with founders, strategists, and product teams to interpret conceptual briefs and turn abstract goals into clear, functional, and aesthetically refined designs
• Participate in regular design critiques, concept development sessions, and cross-functional reviews to refine work and contribute to collective creative standards
• Produce web design layouts and wireframes with an understanding of user experience principles; Webflow experience is a plus but not required
• Balance speed and craft by delivering high-quality design outputs efficiently, avoiding unnecessary over-polish while maintaining brand integrity and visual excellence
• Contribute to the evolution of The Source® as a living, learning design infrastructure by identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale design workflows
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney) to accelerate ideation and asset generation while maintaining human oversight and creative control
• Maintain a proactive, autonomous work ethic—managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress without constant supervision
• Uphold organizational discipline in file management, asset documentation, and cross-team alignment to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term asset reusability
• Champion consistency, clarity, and impact in every design deliverable, ensuring all work contributes to a unified, compoundable brand infrastructure rather than isolated assets

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
