- • As an Associate Director, Creative in the Talent Pool at Darkroom Software, Inc., you will serve as a visionary creative leader shaping the future of performance-driven digital advertising for high-growth brands. This role is pivotal in driving measurable impact through innovative ad concepts that blend bold storytelling with data-informed design, directly influencing client revenue and market positioning across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and display platforms.
- • You will lead high-tempo creative strategy and execution for full-funnel paid media campaigns, translating client goals and performance data into compelling, testable ad concepts. Your day-to-day includes briefing and collaborating with designers and editors on static ads, short-form videos, motion graphics, and UGC content; diving into Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator to refine assets when needed; presenting creative work to clients and stakeholders with strategic clarity; and iterating based on metrics like thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and CTR to continuously improve campaign performance.
- • You will operate at the intersection of creativity, AI, and performance marketing, working closely with Darkroom’s Social Commerce and Paid Media teams to enhance creative output and scale ad volume—targeting 50–100+ new ads per month. Your expertise in AI-assisted tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) will accelerate ideation and production, ensuring campaigns remain agile, diverse, and performance-optimized.
