Associate Director, Program Management

📋 Description

• • The Associate Director, Program Management will lead the Program Management function at Foresight Diagnostics, providing people leadership and portfolio-level oversight across product development, operations, and external partnership programs in a mission-driven molecular diagnostics company pioneering non-invasive cancer detection through liquid biopsy technologies.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading and developing a team of Program and Project Managers, owning and overseeing the program portfolio, directly leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives like biopharma companion diagnostic (CDx) partnerships, facilitating formal governance processes, presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment across R&D, laboratory operations, regulatory, quality, clinical, software, and commercial teams, partnering with Alliance Management on external engagements, ensuring adherence to regulated processes (FDA, CAP/CLIA, ISO 13485), identifying and mitigating portfolio-level risks, developing program roadmaps, and championing continuous improvement in program management practices.
