• • Riveron Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation and optimization of comprehensive Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, encompassing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Billing, and Subscription Management functionalities. The Associate Director will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes, and robust compliance with critical revenue recognition standards. This position demands a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• • As an Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including finance, sales, and operations teams, to thoroughly understand their existing pricing, quoting, and billing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously document functional requirements, architecting robust solution designs, system architectures, and detailed Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) that form the foundation of successful implementations.
• • A core aspect of this role is the expert configuration of Salesforce CPQ to handle intricate pricing strategies, complex discounting models, and sophisticated product bundling scenarios. You will also be responsible for implementing Salesforce Billing, ensuring seamless invoicing, efficient payment collection, and accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting principles.
• • The Associate Director will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative subscription and recurring revenue models tailored to client needs. This includes developing solutions for usage-based products, guiding clients through critical buy-vs-build decisions, and ensuring that the implemented solutions align with their long-term business objectives.
• • A significant part of the role involves designing and implementing integrations with critical third-party systems. This includes ERP systems such as NetSuite, payment gateways, and tax engines, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• • You will develop custom workflows, sophisticated approval processes, and automation within Salesforce CPQ and Billing to enhance efficiency and user experience. Furthermore, you will be tasked with configuring comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance, billing accuracy, and revenue trends.
• • The Associate Director will prepare detailed configuration runbooks, providing clear guidance to development teams and ensuring consistency in implementation. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation for CPQ and Billing processes and conducting effective user training sessions to ensure client adoption and proficiency.
• • Post-implementation, you will provide essential support for deployments, manage enhancements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the continued success and optimization of their Revenue Cloud investments.
