  • • Riveron Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who will lead the implementation and optimization of these critical Salesforce platforms, driving enhanced customer engagement and streamlining complex sales processes for our diverse clientele. As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in translating intricate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences across customer portals, partner communities, and internal sales operations.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve deep collaboration with stakeholders across various client organizations. You will meticulously gather and analyze business processes, translating these insights into effective Salesforce configurations and customizations. This includes a thorough understanding of out-of-the-box (OOB) features within Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, and the strategic decision-making regarding when customization is necessary versus leveraging existing functionality. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through buy-vs-build decisions to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are implemented.
  • • In Sales Cloud, your expertise will be applied to configure and customize key functionalities such as Sales Management, Campaign Management, Lead Conversion processes, Sales Forecasting, Sales Cadences, Account Management, and sophisticated Territory Management. You will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing AppExchange products that extend Salesforce's capabilities, including but not limited to DocuSign, Spiff/Xactly, Conga Composer, Sales Navigator, Demand Tools, Cloudingo, Checkmarks, PMD, OwnBackup, and Vonage. Identifying integration requirements and proposing appropriate technical approaches will be a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring Salesforce integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
  • • For Experience Cloud, you will design and implement powerful portals and communities tailored for partner management, customer self-service, and enhanced customer engagement. This includes configuring Experience Builder, Customer Service functionalities, Partner Central portals, Self-Service Portals, Knowledge bases, and Chatter for collaboration. You will also focus on customizing Experience Cloud templates to ensure optimal branding, intuitive usability, and a responsive, accessible design across all devices. Your work will directly impact how clients interact with their customers and partners, fostering stronger relationships and driving business growth.
  • • Beyond configuration and customization, you will play a key role in solution design and documentation. This includes preparing detailed functional requirements, creating comprehensive solution designs, and developing system architecture diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). You will also prepare configuration runbooks to guide development teams and ensure smooth deployment processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting user training sessions and developing clear, concise documentation to empower end-users and ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your extensive experience to anticipate client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure that implemented solutions align with long-term business objectives. Your ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to Riveron's knowledge base will also be highly valued.
