Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• • As the foundational in-house attorney at NetBox Labs, you will establish the legal function from the ground up while driving commercial excellence across the organization, serving as a strategic partner to leadership in balancing growth with risk management.
• • You will own commercial contracting end-to-end, including drafting, negotiating, and executing customer and vendor agreements, developing scalable playbooks and templates, and collaborating with GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles while ensuring compliance.
• • You will partner with the COO and cross-functional leaders on corporate governance, entity management, international expansion, equity, financings, M&A activity, IP portfolio management, employment policies, and compliance with data privacy and export control regulations.
• • You will build foundational legal processes, monitor regulatory changes, serve as a cross-functional legal advisor, establish the legal team’s strategic roadmap, define hiring needs, build and lead the legal team as the company scales, develop training programs, and manage outside counsel relationships.
