- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Thailand—prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close complex SaaS deals that can reach seven-figure annual contract values while consistently surpassing your annual quota.
- • Act as the on-ground growth engine for Bangkok and the wider Thai market: map enterprise accounts, penetrate new verticals (eCommerce, retail, banking, travel & hospitality), and turn latent demand into signed contracts within 90-day sprints.
- • Coach and mentor a pod of high-energy Sales Development Representatives; co-design data-driven outbound plays, review call recordings weekly, and turn MQLs into SQLs at >35 % conversion so the top of funnel never runs dry.
- • Run value-led discovery workshops with CMOs, CTOs, and digital heads; translate their growth KPIs into an Insider One roadmap that shows exactly how our CDP, AI decisioning, and omnichannel orchestration will lift revenue, retention, and LTV.
- • Architect and deliver board-level business cases—ROI models, competitive benchmarks, and phased implementation plans—so stakeholders can secure internal budget and executive sponsorship in a single meeting.
- • Orchestrate flawless proof-of-concepts and free trials: scope success metrics, configure use-cases in our sandbox, and guide clients to a statistically significant uplift so the commercial conversation becomes a formality.
- • Keep your finger on the pulse of Thai digital trends—LINE Official Accounts, mobile commerce surges, BNPL adoption, privacy regulation shifts—and feed market intel back to Product and Marketing so we stay one step ahead.
- • Build and iterate quarterly sales plays: vertical-specific pitch decks, battlecards against local and global competitors, and pricing bundles that unlock multi-year commitments and expansion ARR.
- • Forecast with CFO-grade precision: maintain Salesforce hygiene, run MEDDPICC rigorously, and present weekly pipeline reviews that give leadership confidence in our number and next-best actions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers to scope integrations (Shopify, Magento, custom headless stacks), with Marketing to localize campaigns in Thai and English, and with Customer Success to ensure every new logo becomes a case study within six months.
- • Champion Insider One’s social-impact ethos on the ground: speak at SheLeads events, host Code Academy sessions for local students, and mentor female founders to strengthen our brand as the most progressive tech employer in Southeast Asia.
- • Travel across Thailand and occasionally to our Singapore or Jakarta hubs to close regional deals and share tribal knowledge, while maintaining a deep local network in Bangkok’s digital ecosystem.
