📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end implementation of Prelim’s digital onboarding and servicing platform for banks ranging from community institutions to top-50 U.S. financial giants. You will translate each client’s unique regulatory, operational, and brand requirements into production-ready workflows that serve millions of end-customers.
• • Configure no-code banking journeys—including account opening, KYC/KYB, lending applications, treasury onboarding, and ongoing customer maintenance—using Prelim’s drag-and-drop builder, dynamic forms engine, and 200+ pre-built integrations. Your configurations must satisfy FFIEC, BSA/AML, and state-level compliance mandates while delivering a consumer-grade user experience.
• • Run discovery workshops with C-suite executives, operations leaders, compliance officers, and IT architects to map current-state processes, identify pain points, and co-design future-state digital workflows. You will document detailed requirements, success metrics, and phased rollout plans that secure stakeholder buy-in and executive sponsorship.
• • Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations, each with aggressive go-live targets (30–90 days). You will build and maintain master project plans in Notion/Asana, run weekly steering-committee calls, triage blockers, and coordinate internal engineering, product, and compliance resources to keep every milestone green.
• • Serve as the client’s primary point of escalation during UAT and launch weekends. You will run test scripts, monitor conversion funnels, and deliver hyper-care support until KPIs (application-completion rate, funding velocity, error rate <0.5%) are met or exceeded.
• • Translate post-launch analytics into optimization sprints. You will A/B-test form flows, refine decision rules, and roll out additional product modules (card issuance, remote deposit capture, PPP forgiveness) that expand wallet share and deepen client stickiness.
• • Act as the voice of the customer inside Prelim. You will funnel feature requests, regulatory change impacts, and UX friction points to the product and engineering teams, directly influencing a roadmap that ships new capabilities every two weeks.
• • Mentor junior associates and create reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and training videos that cut future deployment times by 30% and scale our professional-services capacity.
• • Travel up to 20% for on-site launch events, regulatory examinations, and executive QBRs, ensuring every client feels the white-glove Prelim experience.
