• • We are actively seeking a talented Implementation Associate to become an integral part of our burgeoning team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in guiding banks through the successful launch and ongoing optimization of their digital banking experiences. This is a deeply hands-on position where your expertise will be applied to configuring intricate banking workflows, diligently managing client relationships, and directly influencing the daily interactions of millions of customers with their financial institutions. You will serve as the essential conduit between our powerful platform and our clients' unique visions, adeptly translating complex banking requirements into seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.
• • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the configuration and customization of a wide array of banking workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, the critical processes of account opening, customer onboarding, account maintenance, and the entire lifecycle of lending applications. You will leverage our intuitive no-code platform to build, test, and deploy these solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and compliance.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve the construction of sophisticated forms, the meticulous setup of essential integrations with existing banking systems, and the creation of robust business rules. These elements are crucial for ensuring that our clients' specific regulatory mandates and operational requirements are not only met but exceeded.
