- • You will be instrumental in driving market share and sell-through for our clients by developing and executing effective sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
- • Your primary focus will be on supporting our retail partners, enabling them to leverage our web-based lease-to-own finance technology to deliver a fast, robust, and seamless customer experience, ultimately boosting their bottom line and contributing to our mutual growth.
- • A key responsibility will be aligning sales resources for retail partners, which includes recommending the appropriate ordering of essential marketing materials such as Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays and other collateral.
- • You will be tasked with executing comprehensive rollout plans and activation strategies for newly acquired retail partners, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
- • The role involves coordinating the entire onboarding process for new retail partners, a multifaceted task that includes distributing welcome letters, meticulously updating retail partner information within Salesforce, managing application setups, configuring and training partners on ProgCentral, and overseeing the ordering of marketing materials.
- • You will act as a crucial point of contact for investigating and troubleshooting escalated issues related to lease transactions, funding, and credit adjustments for key retail partners, requiring a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- • A significant part of your role will involve reporting on retailer health, assessing e-commerce potential, and managing compliance remediation efforts. These insights will be shared with field sales teams to empower them to enhance Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) performance.
- • You will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
