This position offers a unique opportunity to shape key business strategies, foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and contribute directly to our mission of empowering healthcare advancement.
- • As an Associate Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind initiatives that enhance the performance of our General Supplies portfolio. This involves a deep dive into market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will translate these insights into actionable marketing plans and programs that resonate with our target audiences and deliver measurable results.

This means meticulously planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to ensure they achieve their objectives. You will be accountable for driving key performance indicators such as net sales, operating profit, and market share for the General Supply category. Your success will be measured by your ability to not only maintain but also grow the business through strategic and effective marketing efforts.
- • You will play a critical role in synthesizing information from a variety of sources, including market research, sales data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. This data will be transformed into compelling narratives and actionable insights, which you will present to diverse audiences, including customers, internal leadership, and the sales team. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively will be essential for gaining buy-in and driving strategic decisions.

A strong grasp of financial metrics and the ability to translate them into marketing strategies will be highly valued.
- • You will serve as both an internal and external champion for the General Supplies offerings. This involves representing the category to key customers, understanding their evolving needs, and providing them with the information and support they require. Internally, you will act as a subject matter expert, educating and enabling the sales team to effectively position and sell our products.
- • Developing and refining marketing communication and activation plans will be a primary focus. This includes crafting compelling messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and executing campaigns that drive engagement and demand. You will have accountability for the Advertising and Promotion budget, ensuring that investments are made strategically to maximize return.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare space will be an important part of your role. By engaging with KOLs, you will gain valuable insights into market trends, clinical needs, and emerging technologies. Synthesizing regional market intelligence in coordination with regional business unit stakeholders will be crucial for guiding annual strategic financial and portfolio planning, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- • You will provide leadership support for commercial program development and execution. This encompasses a range of activities, including contributing to pricing strategies, developing effective sales collateral, and creating comprehensive training materials for the sales force. Your input will help ensure that our commercial teams are well-equipped to succeed in the marketplace.
- • This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines. You will need to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude to effectively represent the category both internally and externally.
