- • As an Associate Project Manager at Marmon Holdings, Inc., you will support facilities and construction projects in multi-site retail environments, playing a key role in ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation while contributing to a culture of empowerment and impact backed by Berkshire Hathaway.
- • Day to day, you will support Program and Senior Project Managers by evaluating project requests, coordinating with store teams, managing project administration in ServiceChannel, issuing work and purchase orders, updating schedules, producing Excel reports and pivot tables, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders and vendors.
- • You will join a global industrial organization committed to making a positive impact, fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to be their best, and offering diverse learning opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment focused on process improvement and efficiency.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in project coordination, data analysis using Excel, stakeholder communication, and facilities project lifecycle management, while gaining experience in multi-site retail operations and contributing to on-time delivery of complex projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management in construction or branding
- • Experience in multi-site retail projects preferred
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated ability to create Excel reports and pivot tables
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication and time management skills for fast-paced, changing environments
- • BS or BA Degree, or equivalent experience
