You will be entrusted with the responsibility of owning discipline-specific deliverables, ensuring they meet Teecom’s exacting standards for quality, coordination, and documentation. This is an opportunity to grow your expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of cutting-edge security solutions across a diverse range of projects.
- • Your primary focus will be on the meticulous design and development of security systems. This involves translating client requirements and project needs into robust, scalable, and effective security strategies. You will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, comprehensive specifications, and precise calculations that form the backbone of our security designs. The ability to produce coordinated deliverables, either independently or in collaboration with our skilled production team, is a key aspect of this role. You will learn to leverage your technical acumen to ensure that all security systems are integrated seamlessly with other building systems, adhering to the highest industry benchmarks.
- • A significant part of your role will involve supporting the delivery of larger, more complex projects under the direct mentorship of a senior engineer. This mentorship is a cornerstone of your development, providing you with invaluable guidance, real-world insights, and opportunities to learn best practices from seasoned professionals. You will actively participate in project meetings, programming sessions, and crucial coordination discussions, fostering a deep understanding of the project lifecycle and the interdependencies between various design disciplines. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining alignment among clients, contractors, manufacturers, and all design partners, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Building trust is at the forefront of this engagement, achieved through clear, consistent, and proactive communication, reliable follow-through on commitments, and thoughtful, strategic coordination. You will represent Teecom with professionalism and expertise, acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Your ability to understand and address client concerns, provide timely updates, and contribute to a collaborative project environment will be essential for fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- • Internally, you will play a crucial role in the business development process. This includes contributing discipline-specific scope input for new pursuits, assisting in the preparation of early fee assumptions, and coordinating the development of compelling proposals. Your insights will help shape our project strategies and ensure that we are accurately scoping and pricing our services. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to strengthening Teecom’s internal team practices. This could involve improving documentation standards, developing innovative tools to enhance efficiency, and sharing valuable lessons learned from your project experiences. Your commitment to continuous improvement will benefit the entire team and contribute to Teecom’s reputation for excellence.
- • This position is designed to reflect your growing capability, your emerging leadership behaviors, and your increasing accountability for delivering disciplined, well-documented, and highly coordinated work. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your tasks, demonstrate initiative, and develop a strong sense of responsibility for the outcomes of your efforts. As you progress, you will have opportunities to engage in structured training journeys and benefit from a supportive mentorship program, all aimed at accelerating your professional growth and preparing you for future leadership roles within Teecom.
