• • As an Associate Software Engineer at Marigold Marketing Pty Ltd, you will contribute to Emma’s engineering team, helping build elegant, reliable tooling that empowers marketing teams to succeed in their email marketing efforts through scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• • Day to day, you will build and ship code that solves real customer problems, collaborate in code reviews to improve quality and best practices, gain hands-on experience with React-based frontend and Python/AWS backend systems, and contribute across the full stack while learning and growing within a supportive team environment.
• • Marigold is a fast-growing marketing technology company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with offices in Sydney and London, dedicated to helping businesses build stronger customer relationships through its Emma, Campaign Monitor, and Vuture platforms.
• • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise across frontend and backend systems, develop full-stack proficiency, strengthen collaboration and code review skills, and grow into a capable software engineer through mentorship, ownership, and exposure to real-world product development.
