- • As an Associate Software Engineer at Clario, you will play a vital role in designing and developing software applications that directly support clinical trials and life-changing therapies, contributing to the advancement of healthcare through technology.
- • Your work will help unlock better evidence for patients worldwide by ensuring the reliability, functionality, and quality of software systems used in pharmaceutical research and development.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical design for software applications, create and update documentation to reflect current architecture, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and team standards.
- • You will update existing applications based on user story changes and enhancements, perform unit testing, validation, and documentation for new and updated applications using appropriate protocols and techniques.
- • You will offer technical support and guidance to internal and external users by answering questions on application design and functionality, assisting Level III support in troubleshooting, and ensuring application functionality, database integrity, data loading, quality assurance, and data export.
- • You will maintain quality service and departmental standards by adhering to SOPs and supporting enforcement of standards, while contributing to team success through issue resolution, process improvement exploration, and cross-team collaboration.
- • You will stay current with software development trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements specific to clinical trial applications, enabling continuous learning and professional growth in a regulated healthcare technology environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- • 0–1 years of experience in software development using Java, Visual Basic, C++, Python, and basic SQL (or fresher/entry-level)
- • Understanding of development and QA processes, with exposure to Agile software delivery teams
- • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, professional attitude
