As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of this growth, working within one of our dedicated engineering pods – whether it's the core app, retention strategies, or automation initiatives – aligning with your interests and skill set.

• You will be working with a cutting-edge technology stack that includes React and React Native for the frontend, NodeJS with TypeScript for the backend, and robust infrastructure powered by AWS, Go, Python, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Our data ecosystem leverages Redis, Postgres, DynamoDB, and Clickhouse, while our AI/ML capabilities are enhanced by Python pipelines, LLM integrations, and proprietary internal models. While we don't expect you to be an expert in all these technologies from the outset, a genuine excitement and willingness to learn and engage with this stack are crucial.
• The ideal candidate possesses a foundational understanding of software engineering principles, ideally demonstrated through a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Practical experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or personal side projects is a valuable asset, though not strictly required. What is essential is an unwavering eagerness to learn, a passion for building high-quality, user-centric software, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
