📋 Description

• As an Associate Software Engineer at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership through our AI-powered AllCar™ app. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one, contributing to a product that simplifies complex aspects of car ownership, including insurance, maintenance, repairs, and financing, into a seamless mobile experience. We are scaling rapidly, aiming to grow from 5 million to 50 million users, and we are seeking sharp, curious, and driven engineers to help us achieve this ambitious goal.
• Your role will involve joining one of our specialized engineering pods, such as the core app, retention, or automation teams. The specific team placement will be based on your interests and existing skills, ensuring you are engaged in work that aligns with your passions and career aspirations. Each team operates with agility, shipping code regularly and collaborating closely with product managers to deliver features that directly address user needs and contribute to our overarching mission.
• You will be writing production code within your first few weeks, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with our modern tech stack. This stack includes React and React Native for the frontend, NodeJS with TypeScript for the backend, and leverages AWS for infrastructure. We also utilize Go and Python for backend services, Docker for containerization, and robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Data management is handled through technologies like Redis, Postgres, DynamoDB, and Clickhouse, while our AI/ML capabilities are powered by Python pipelines, LLM integrations, and internal models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
