  • • Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for Flashpoint’s full product and services portfolio within the US Partnerships team, acting as a trusted advisor during pre-sales engagements.
  • • Conduct tailored demonstrations of the Flashpoint Ignite platform for diverse audiences, including non-technical resellers, security practitioners, and Fortune 500 threat analysis teams.
  • • Translate complex threat intelligence data into actionable outcomes that address real-world customer challenges in cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection.
  • • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Partnerships teams to shape deal strategy, contribute to pipeline development, and identify opportunities for customer-focused solutions within your assigned territory.
  • • Act as a bridge between partners, engineering, intelligence, and collections teams to ensure customer needs are accurately communicated and resolved.
  • • Build and deliver internal enablement materials, external thought leadership content, knowledge transfer resources, and webinar presentations to scale impact beyond individual deals.
  • • Participate in customer-facing meetings as a shadowing observer to learn and refine Flashpoint’s consultative sales approach, gradually transitioning to active participation.
  • • Engage in role-playing scenarios with sales reps and senior solutions architects to practice and perfect messaging that transforms presentations into authentic, value-driven conversations.
  • • Proactively monitor OSINT and the digital threat landscape to identify emerging trends and incorporate observational insights into customer storytelling and solution design.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Flashpoint’s product roadmap by bringing direct market feedback from customers and partners to internal product and engineering teams.
  • • Develop and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders at prospective customers through emotional intelligence, active listening, and consistent communication.
  • • Measure and analyze sales activities and outcomes to determine what strategies drive pipeline growth and customer conversion, adjusting approach based on data-driven insights.
  • • Demonstrate initiative by stepping outside comfort zones to learn new tools, workflows, and sales processes, and by volunteering to assist across teams where additional support adds value.
  • • Create and refine content—including presentations, internal documentation, and training modules—based on firsthand experience with customer interactions and product use.
  • • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of territory performance and contributing strategic input that influences pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
  • • Embrace continuous learning and self-improvement by actively seeking feedback, admitting mistakes, and using them as opportunities for professional growth.
  • • Represent Flashpoint’s brand and values by embodying integrity, curiosity, and a passion for disrupting threats before they cause harm to organizations and individuals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated interest in and foundational knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) or the broader cybersecurity domain
  • • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Strong emotional intelligence and proactive commitment to fostering a positive, high-performing team culture
  • • Willingness to learn and master the Flashpoint Ignite platform, sales tools, and internal workflows
  • • Experience or enthusiasm for creating presentations, content, and thought leadership materials
  • • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and high tolerance for learning discomfort
