📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer in Motion Planning at AeroVect, you will design and build best-in-class planning systems for autonomous ground support equipment operating in structured, low-speed airport airside environments, directly enabling safer, more efficient airline and ground service operations through cutting-edge autonomy technology.
• • You will own the design and implementation of production-grade mission planning, behavior planning, and motion planning software, driving technical decisions across the planning stack, prototyping and evaluating new approaches (optimization-based, search-based, learning-augmented), and collaborating with perception, controls, localization, and systems teams to deliver an integrated autonomous driving system.
• • AeroVect is a Series A autonomous ground handling company backed by top-tier venture capital, transforming how airlines and ground service providers operate globally by deploying robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) solutions at major airports, working with some of the world’s largest aviation and logistics partners.
