📋 Description

• As an Associate System Administrator at Exadel, you will support the company’s IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance and maintaining system operations for global clients and internal teams.
• Day to day, you will answer common service-related questions, communicate issue status to customers, resolve incidents using standard tools, manage JIRA task hierarchies, update inventories and records, perform routine procedures under supervision, and adhere to information security and company policies.

• In this role, you will build foundational sysadmin skills, gain hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/OSX systems, networking, endpoint management, and security protocols, while developing communication and problem-solving abilities under mentorship from senior administrators.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, or OSX focused on deployment, agent software, endpoint configurations, updates, and command-line utilities for troubleshooting
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS records, DHCP, firewalls, and diagnostic tools like Ping and Traceroute
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic OpenVPN connections on endpoints
• Ability to identify and diagnose typical notebook and peripheral issues, distinguishing hardware from software problems
• Knowledge of and compliance with Exadel’s corporate security policies, including antivirus deployment and endpoint protection
• Operation and troubleshooting of centralized management agents (Endpoint Central) and workstation tracking
