📋 Description

• As an Associate System Administrator at Exadel, you will provide essential technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and services for enterprise clients, contributing directly to the reliability and security of global technology projects.
• Day to day, you will answer common service inquiries, communicate issue status to customers, resolve incidents using standard tools, maintain JIRA task hierarchies, update inventories and documentation, perform routine procedures under supervision, and adhere to information security policies while reporting incidents.

• In this role, you will build foundational sysadmin skills in Windows/Linux/OSX environments, gain hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), endpoint management (OpenVPN, antivirus, Endpoint Central), and IT service practices, preparing you for advancement to Full or Senior System Administrator roles while improving technical initiative and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, or OSX focused on deployment, agent software, endpoint configurations, updates, and command-line utilities for troubleshooting
• Understanding of TCP/IP network layer model, DNS record types, DHCP and firewall principles, and use of diagnostic tools like Ping and Traceroute
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic OpenVPN connections on endpoints and identify hardware vs. software issues in notebooks and peripherals
