  • • As an Associate Systems Administrator (Salesforce) at Motiv, you will play a pivotal role in the administration, management, and support of our critical Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications. This role is crucial for enabling our internal Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance teams, as well as supporting our external customers.
  • • You will be an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced team comprised of experienced Salesforce Administrators and Developers. This collaborative environment fosters shared learning and innovation, where you will work closely with colleagues to design optimal solutions for our users and make strategic technical decisions that directly contribute to Motive’s significant growth and ambitious global expansion plans.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time, high-quality support for issues arising within Salesforce and other integrated platforms. This includes diligently troubleshooting, escalating when necessary, and promptly resolving issues reported through the Enterprise Systems Service Desk, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • • You will actively administer and support Salesforce.com, encompassing a wide range of tasks such as user management (creation, deactivation, profile assignments), data import and update processes, thorough bug investigations, and the implementation of system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve managing end-user profiles, configuring reporting and dashboard capabilities, and meticulously overseeing user permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels across the platform.
  • • You will be instrumental in overseeing the onboarding process for new applications and tools within our Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration for all users.
  • • You will be tasked with analyzing and prioritizing enhancement requests from various stakeholders. Based on this analysis, you will implement appropriate changes directly or escalate them to the change advisory board for review and approval when necessary, following established change management protocols.
  • • This role requires exceptional organizational skills to manage a demanding workload and multiple projects, often under time-sensitive conditions. Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail will be paramount to successfully meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for creating and updating comprehensive documentation for different audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical teams. This documentation will be vital for knowledge sharing, training, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • • You will implement minor, admin-level changes within Salesforce and its sandboxes, translating gathered requirements into functional system adjustments and improvements.
