📋 Description

• • The Associate Technical Analyst (Integration) role supports technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope, focusing on understanding customer needs, gathering specifications, creating business cases, translating business needs into detailed requirements, analyzing data for process improvements, executing test cases, and ensuring quality delivery. This role is critical in bridging business and technical teams to drive effective technology solutions.
• • Day to day, the person will collaborate with senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs, assist in creating and maintaining deliverables like business vision and requirements, support requirements testing and defect management, ensure compliance with standards, communicate project status, conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and provide accurate documentation. They will also analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and assist in risk, defect, and issue resolution.
