- • As an Atlassian Administrator at Hootsuite Inc., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable solutions within the enterprise Atlassian suite, directly enabling teams to work efficiently and progress toward strategic objectives through optimized tool usage.
- • Day to day, you will administer and configure Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Statuspage, and Atlassian Goals; design and optimize complex workflows and automation rules; manage integrations with enterprise systems; enforce governance and documentation standards; provide user support and troubleshooting within SLAs; monitor system health; and communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- • You will join the PMO (Project Management Office) team and report to the PMO Director of Delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across the broader organization to solve problems, optimize processes, and facilitate seamless collaboration using technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Atlassian administration, gain experience in governance and process optimization at scale, develop advanced automation and integration skills, and grow as a trusted advisor who bridges technical solutions with business needs—positioning you for leadership in IT service management or enterprise tools enablement.
