📋 Description

• As an Automation Developer at UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency for enterprise clients across industries. Your work directly contributes to increasing the adoption, scalability, and business value of UiPath’s platform, enabling organizations to automate repetitive tasks and redirect human effort toward higher-impact activities.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver end-to-end automation initiatives—from initial process discovery and requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support—ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with client business objectives.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex business processes to identify automation opportunities, designing workflows using UiPath Studio, developing reusable components, writing and optimizing scripts, conducting unit and integration testing, documenting solutions, and providing timely troubleshooting and change management support in live environments.
• You will actively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and recommend process improvements that go beyond simple automation to drive meaningful operational transformation.
• In addition to development, you will support the lifecycle of existing automations by monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring compliance with change control procedures, all while maintaining high standards of code quality, maintainability, and security.
• You will collaborate closely with UiPath’s product and engineering teams to provide field feedback, suggest product improvements, and help integrate emerging technologies (such as AI/ML, APIs, and cloud services) into the UiPath ecosystem to expand its capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, preferably in enterprise or IT implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related RPA tools, including the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable libraries.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript) and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts, database querying (SQL), and API integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex business processes into logical, automatable components and propose data-driven improvements.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, prepare professional documentation and presentation decks, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, UAT support, and post-deployment issue resolution within structured IT governance frameworks.
