• • As an Automation Developer (Kissflow) at Gratia, Inc., you will serve as the lead technical builder responsible for transforming strategic process maps into high-performing workflows within the Kissflow platform for a high-profile US client, directly impacting operational efficiency and scalability.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring intake forms, designing complex approval routing with conditional logic and role-based permissions, architecting data structures for reliable reporting, rapidly iterating on workflows based on Business Analyst specifications and stakeholder feedback, troubleshooting technical issues in routing and permissions, and creating clear documentation for configuration and maintenance.
• • You will join Gratia’s elite delivery team, collaborating closely with Business Analysts who handle process mapping, stakeholder management, and project specifications, allowing you to focus exclusively on technical execution and solution delivery in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
