- • Configure end-to-end workflow automation within Kissflow, including intake forms, complex approval routing, conditional logic, and role-based permissions.
- • Design and implement data architectures and field mappings to ensure clean, reliable reporting across all workflow steps.
- • Rapidly implement iterative changes based on specifications provided by Gratia Business Analysts and stakeholder feedback, prioritizing speed and accuracy in delivery.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to routing logic, permission conflicts, SLA violations, and edge cases within Kissflow workflows.
- • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all configured workflows, including configuration notes and maintenance guidance for future reference.
- • Collaborate directly with Gratia Business Analysts who provide process maps and project specs, allowing you to focus exclusively on technical execution and build quality.
- • Deliver production-ready workflows with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
- • Ensure all workflows comply with data integrity standards and operational requirements defined by the high-profile US client.
- • Participate in key meetings and real-time collaboration sessions that require overlap with US business hours to support fast iteration cycles.
- • Prepare for and complete a technical take-home challenge involving building a small workflow from a spec and providing a Loom video walkthrough of your logic and decision-making process.
- • Engage in a final interview focused on deep technical analysis of your workflow build, debugging approaches, and delivery cadence.
- • Maintain professional communication in clear, written English to articulate technical logic, document processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- • Contribute to a pipeline of future automation projects with Gratia; high performers will be prioritized for extended or new client engagements.
- • Work within a contract structure with an expected duration of approximately six months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
- • Adhere to a background check requirement prior to onboarding.
- • Operate with high ownership over technical quality, ensuring all delivered workflows are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client expectations.
- • Leverage experience with low-code automation platforms to translate strategic process maps into functional, efficient digital workflows.
- • Support continuous improvement by applying maintainable workflow patterns, including governance and change control best practices.
- • Be available to start approximately two weeks after acceptance of the offer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with low-code workflow automation platforms (Kissflow preferred; alternatives include ServiceNow, Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or Airtable)
- • Mastery of automation fundamentals: roles/permissions, routing rules, SLAs, and data integrity
- • Ability to take written specifications and deliver production-ready workflows with minimal oversight
- • Clear, professional English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration
- • Ability to overlap with US business hours for key meetings and real-time collaboration
