• • The Automation & Orchestration Engineer (AOE) role at Commvault is a critical position within the Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) Group, focused on delivering tailored process and workflow automation, custom reporting solutions, and technical implementations for global customers using Commvault’s AI-powered cyber resilience platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into scoped deliverables and high-level designs, implementing solutions using Commvault APIs, built-in automation tools, and third-party integrations, documenting outcomes, assisting with deployment and testing, and maintaining accurate timekeeping across concurrent projects ranging from days to months.
