📋 Description
- • As an Autonomous AI Workflow Developer Intern at Lyric, you will design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that automate business processes and enhance IT service delivery, directly contributing to reduced manual effort and improved operational efficiency across Corporate IT.
- • Day to day, you will assist in designing agentic AI workflows, build integrations across HRIS, ITSM, identity, device management, and finance systems, support AI-powered agents for ticket triage and knowledge retrieval, develop scripts in Python or PowerShell, collaborate with Helpdesk and Enterprise Applications teams, participate in testing and debugging automation pipelines, document workflows and architecture, and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

- • This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise automation, AI-enabled workflows, and system integration within a modern IT environment, allowing you to achieve measurable outcomes such as ≥95% asset data accuracy, automation of at least 2 lifecycle workflows, 30% reduction in manual asset updates, and delivery of AI-powered agents that improve first-contact resolution by 15% and auto-triage accuracy to ≥70%.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- • Familiarity with enterprise systems including HRIS, ITSM (e.g., Jira Service Management), identity management, or device management (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams
- • Basic understanding of AI concepts, automation principles, or workflow orchestration
- • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
