- • The AV Builds and Operations role at Stripe is critical to delivering best-in-class collaboration experiences across global offices, ensuring equitable and consistent audiovisual technology for hybrid work environments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and developing AV technology standards, serving as the highest point of escalation for AV issues, maintaining in-office collaboration support through cross-functional partnerships, and owning the design, procurement, installation, and sign-off of new office builds and retrofits.
- • The Audio Visual team at Stripe is a highly specialized group focused on implementing cutting-edge, functional, and equitable hybrid workplace solutions through event production, technology rollouts, and process maturation.
- • In this role, you will develop technical expertise in enterprise AV systems, lead complex global projects, influence workplace technology strategy, and gain experience in managing high-tier internal events and vendor ecosystems at a scale few companies match.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment scaling build and deployment processes
- • Prior experience delivering, developing, and writing complex technical solutions
- • High level knowledge of AV hardware and software infrastructures
- • Strong understanding of streaming and event production workflows and necessary protocols
- • Ability to design and support high complexity production spaces as well as standardized conference room systems
- • Experience managing multiple vendors globally to ensure timely delivery of overlapping projects
