• • The AV Builds and Operations role at Stripe is critical to delivering best-in-class collaboration experiences across global offices, ensuring equitable and consistent audio-visual technology for hybrid work environments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and developing AV technology standards, serving as the highest point of escalation for AV issues, managing office builds and retrofits from design to installation, supporting high-tier internal events like Company All Hands, and developing runbooks for operational repeatability.
• • You will join a highly specialized AV team focused on implementing cutting-edge, functional, and equitable hybrid workplace solutions through cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
