• • The AV Systems Administrator at Anduril Industries maintains and supports the company's audiovisual infrastructure, ensuring all conferencing systems are operational and users are well-trained, directly enabling seamless communication across defense technology operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing AV hardware in conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms; keeping systems updated with latest OS, software, and applications; providing support for AV events ranging from podcasts to large-scale conferences; designing and installing AV systems using standard concepts; assisting in AV setup for new offices, production floors, and warehouses; maintaining meeting space operability with swift issue resolution; troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and service interruptions; supporting end-users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; escalating complex issues to vendors or internal teams; being available for weekly on-call duties; and traveling up to 30% for new office setups and remote AV needs.
