📋 Description

• As an Azure Infrastructure Architect at Concentrix, you will serve as a trusted advisor designing, deploying, and optimizing modern endpoint management solutions with a strong focus on Intune integration and cloud-based device governance.
• Day to day, you will work directly with customers as a consultant and technical advisor to design, deploy, review, and assess infrastructure health; upgrade and maintain SCCM hierarchies; troubleshoot issues; tune for performance; assist with reporting; support Co-Management setup between SCCM and Intune; manage software updates and task sequences; and provide training to ensure customer goals are met.
• You will join the Concentrix Technical Products and Services team, a global leader in technology and services that powers the world’s best brands through intelligent transformation, data, and tech-powered solutions, operating in over 70 countries with award-winning workplace culture.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise endpoint management, gain hands-on experience with cloud-hybrid infrastructures, and develop advisory and presentation skills while contributing to customer success and digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant for SCCM
• Ability to present to multiple levels of customer leadership
• Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers
• Broad knowledge across Windows Desktop/Server Management using SCCM
• Experience with SQL Server, Active Directory, Certificates, IIS, DNS, and Security
• Experience with Package/Application creation and Desktop OS Upgrades using different approaches
• Experience with Intune and Co-Management
• Experience with SSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
