📋 Description

• • Design and implement multi-file coding tasks focused on bug resolution, feature development, refactoring, and test generation in production-like environments
• • Write clear, precise natural-language specifications that define coding problems and expected outcomes for evaluation by peer contributors
• • Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing to validate code correctness
• • Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with specifications, identifying edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
• • Ensure strict consistency between task specifications, reference implementations, and expected outputs to maintain high-quality evaluation standards
• • Debug and navigate complex, large-scale, multi-file codebases to diagnose issues and verify robustness of solutions
• • Conduct code reviews and refactor existing code to improve maintainability, readability, and performance in line with production engineering practices
• • Participate in production migrations by designing safe, incremental changes and validating outcomes across system components
• • Create realistic software engineering scenarios that mirror actual development challenges faced in industry-grade applications
• • Deliver complete and correct reference implementations that serve as authoritative solutions for task evaluation purposes
• • Generate structured, actionable feedback on peer submissions to support consistent and objective assessment of coding quality
• • Work autonomously on a project-by-project basis with full control over schedule and workflow while maintaining high standards of deliverable quality
• • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of technical experts to refine task design and evaluation criteria
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training datasets by ensuring coding tasks are representative of real-world engineering workflows
• • Maintain professional written communication in English at an advanced level for all documentation, specifications, and feedback
• • Use own tools and development environment; no company-provided hardware or software is provided
• • Accept payment on a per-project basis, with rates estimated based on anticipated completion time and complexity
