đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MeBe, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to children with autism and other special needs, all within a dynamic, remote-first environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our high standards of play-filled, research-based, multi-disciplinary therapy (including OT, Speech, and ABA) are consistently met across various regions. You are not just filling a temporary need; you are a vital part of our mission to empower families, professionals, and communities through education and training in effective, evidence-based approaches.
  • • In this unique floating capacity, you will be assigned a diverse caseload of clients from different geographical areas that MeBe serves. This requires adaptability and a broad understanding of varying client needs and regional service delivery models. Your primary focus will be on providing expert clinical oversight and support, ensuring continuity of care even when permanent supervisors are transitioning or on leave.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve stepping in to cover ongoing cases for supervisors who are out on leave or during periods of transition between local on-site supervisors. This necessitates a strong ability to quickly acclimate to new cases, understand existing treatment plans, and provide seamless supervision and support to the direct therapy teams. You will be instrumental in maintaining the momentum of client progress during these critical periods.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments. Utilizing a range of industry-standard assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF, you will meticulously evaluate each child's unique strengths, challenges, and developmental trajectory. This deep understanding forms the foundation for all subsequent therapeutic interventions.
  • • Based on your thorough assessments, you will develop and oversee the implementation of highly customized, comprehensive treatment plans. These plans will be designed to address the specific needs and ambitious goals of each child, with a strong emphasis on strategies that can be effectively delivered and monitored remotely. Your expertise will ensure that these plans are not only evidence-based but also adaptable to the remote service delivery model.
  • • A core responsibility includes delivering ongoing, high-quality professional development to our dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Through remote training sessions, you will enhance their clinical skills, deepen their understanding of ABA principles, and ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care to our young clients. This includes demonstrating competence in delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely, utilizing video demonstrations, role-playing, and visual aids.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in Parent Coaching, providing essential guidance and support to families. By equipping parents with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to support their child's development and progress at home, you will foster a collaborative therapeutic alliance that extends beyond direct therapy sessions. This coaching can be delivered effectively both in-person and via video conferencing.
  • • Rigorous data analysis will be central to your practice. You will employ systematic data collection and analysis techniques to meticulously track client progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans. This ensures that our services remain evidence-based and optimized for achieving the best possible outcomes for each child.
  • • A key initiative for this role involves contributing to the development and refinement of Remote-First and Remote-Friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices. You will help create tools and processes that can be shared and adopted by other BCBAs, both remote and non-remote, thereby enhancing the scalability and consistency of our remote service delivery.
  • • You will work remotely, reporting to our Site Director, and will be assigned a caseload of clients from various regions MeBe serves. This role requires you to be licensed or willing to become licensed in specific states, including WA, AZ, TX, and VA, to effectively serve our client base. Your time will be split between managing ongoing cases and providing crucial coverage for supervisors who are temporarily unavailable.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative company that is dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of children and their families. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and a passion for excellence in behavioral therapy.
